Admission under various quota is done as mentioned below :
i) State Joint Entrance Board: The State Joint Entrance Board quota shall be filled up from the nomination of the Tripura State Joint Entrance Board for higher education.
ii) State Department In-Service Candidate : The selection for admission under State Department In-Service quota is done by the agriculture department of the government from the application received from its employees subject to fulfillment of the minimum criteria for admission.
iii) Reservation : The state Government’s reservation policy is followed for the candidates to be selected through the State Joint Entrance board as well as for In-Service Candidates.
iv)Physical Fitness : Admission shall be subjected to the candidates being medically fit by the University Medical Officer or a Medical Board constituted for the purpose. The selection of the candidates declared physically unfit, will be cancelled.
